Where to Begin
Remodeling is a process that includes everyone from the start and requires attention to detail, communication and trust. Starting the remodeling process off with a solid foundation is as critical as the foundation for your home.
- Document the details, requirements & desires for your project in mind.
- Pictures & magazines are great sources for ideas.
- Get three bids as a minimum. All based on same project specifications.
- Request customer references and call at least three.
- Lowest bid is not always the best bid... In fact very seldom does the lowest bid provide for a quality project and REMAIN on schedule.
- Check local Better Business Bureau for complaints
- Verify Insurance requirements.
